We live in an age where generative AI is rewriting the meaning of "time" and "work," and the structure of the world is undergoing major changes. Traditional education, which focuses on memorizing knowledge, has already reached its limits. We are re-creating a new education system, starting from Japan, that will drive awareness, rather than just solidifying knowledge.

Why has it become a "cage that solidifies inequality"?
Education is supposed to be a device for narrowing social disparities. However, in reality, educational background determines occupation and income, and it has become a device for reproduction that deprives people of social mobility.
This structure is deeply rooted in Japan's education system. While many people feel that "without an academic background, there are no opportunities," in reality, the goal is not "learning itself," but rather the pursuit of acquiring "the currency of academic background." Unless this structure changes, education will not liberate people, but will instead become a cage that solidifies inequality.
The SGX Professional Program, which began as a collaboration between the educational programs of Japan's Shibuya Web3 University and Poland's UITM, aims to tackle this issue head-on. We want to create a society where people are valued not by their academic background, but by the "power of their practice and ideas." This means "redesigning learning" by using technology as a means to connect people and give back to society their talents and ethics.
"MBA" and "DBA" are a process to become "reality-changing leaders" through learning.
An MBA or DBA should not be a degree to acquire a title or qualification, but a process to become a "reality-changing leader" through learning. The program we are developing in collaboration with UITM will not be a "decoration" for academic credentials, but a place to connect with the real world and acquire "true knowledge" and "implementation skills" that will contribute to social change.
Education is not a device for creating a hierarchy among people. Education is an activity that helps people to once again regain the "system for connecting."
The "Eight Stages of Transformation" model that realizes this philosophy
The SGX Professional Program transforms this abstract philosophy into a unique educational system designed around a cycle of eight stages that lead to profound transformations in consciousness. This roadmap goes beyond the acquisition of knowledge; it is a blueprint for rewriting one's self-perception.

Purpose and Positioning: The beginning of continuous evolution. Significance: A cycle of evolution occurs with a broader perspective and deeper consciousness.
When a person changes, multiple changes occur simultaneously: "cognition → behavior → relationships → self-image." Only by cycling through these changes can deep transformation occur. This evolution does not happen just once. It happens many times throughout a person's life, and each time it increases in depth and quality.
