Participation conditions: Target leader type
The SGX Professional Program is aimed at individuals with advanced work experience and a strong desire to make a difference. We are looking for professionals who can bring value to society as creators of knowledge, not consumers of knowledge.
Application qualifications for each program (guideline)

MBA: Graduate from a four-year university or higher, and have at least three years of work experience, especially in organizational change and management.

DBA: Master's degree holder (including MBA and professional master's degree), or those who have graduated from a four-year university and have 10 years or more of managerial experience (and are 35 years or older) (strict screening will be conducted taking into consideration their career history)
*The above is a minimum guideline for the entrance examination. Academic background and work experience will be comprehensively reviewed at the individual consultation session.

Your application to this program begins with an individual consultation session (interview). This is an important opportunity for you to share with your academic advisor not only a detailed explanation of the program, but also your career background, motivation for studying, and the goals you hope to achieve through the program.

Confirmation of Fit: We will individually assess the compatibility between your background and the MBA or DBA program, and propose an optimal learning plan.

Q&A: We will answer all your questions regarding the European degree system, the Validation system, and the program's rigorous quality assurance framework.

Process from Entry to Enrollment
The process from entry to enrollment (program start) proceeds through the following steps. All processes are rigorously administered to ensure transparency and fairness.
STEP 1: Individual consultation session (interview)
This is the interactive step where you will review the program's costs, curriculum details, and confirm your willingness to study and meet the eligibility requirements.
STEP 2: Official entry
Please submit the necessary documents using the method specified here to officially enter.

→ English essay (reason for applying) A4 / approx. 2 pages → Documents proving age (copy of passport)
→ Graduation certificate of highest level of education (1 copy in English)
→Transcript of final education (1 copy in English)
→English CV (Curriculum Vitae)
→ Two letters of recommendation in English (required: recommender's contact information and signature)

→Signing the Unconditional Self Declaration
STEP 3: Entrance examination and acceptance notification
Applications will be submitted to the UITM Academic Committee and a rigorous screening process will be carried out by Shibuya Web3 University Co., Ltd. Based on the results of the screening, successful applicants will be sent an offer letter.
STEP 4: Enrollment procedures and start
After tuition fees have been paid, an orientation session will be held and students can begin the program the following month for MBA students and the following even-numbered month for DBA students.

Enrollment Fee: ¥700,000 (tax included)

*Total fees until programme completion (excluding additional costs incurred during enrollment such as re-examination fees, extension fees, and course retakes due to student performance).
*Learning materials must be purchased individually. However, business school education is a learning process without fixed answers, training students to find their own optimal solutions. As a general principle, there are no standard textbooks; instruction primarily relies on reference books recommended by faculty and original materials developed by instructors.
*As a rule, tuition must be paid in full.
*No tuition refunds will be made in case of withdrawal.
Certificate
Upon completion of the program, students will receive additional documentation, such as a certificate of completion and transcript, by mail.
Participating in the UITM Poland Graduation Ceremony
Program graduates may also attend the graduation ceremony at UITM in Rzeszow, Poland, for an additional fee.
