Reason 1. A transformational curriculum that integrates IT strategy, practical implementation, and sustainability
The traditional business management framework is equipped with UITM's strengths of IT management, data science, and DX strategy as standard.
Furthermore, leveraging the knowledge of UITM, which ranks second in Poland in the UI GreenMetric world university rankings, the school will integrate SDGs/ESG education into its curriculum, cultivating the "sustainable management skills" that are essential for the next generation of leaders, harmonizing technology, ethics, and the environment.
Rather than being a course aimed at consuming knowledge, students are assigned tasks based on their own company's business challenges that they are currently facing. By immediately implementing the theories they learn and repeatedly testing them, we have created a structure in which theory and practice evolve in a spiral fashion.
Reason 2. High-dimensional learning design through generative AI symbiosis
We define generative AI not as a "replacement" but as a "co-pilot" that augments human intelligence.
AI will handle "information transformation," such as analyzing vast amounts of data and structuring information. Humans will sharpen their own "questions" through dialogue with AI and focus all their thinking resources on the uniquely human creativity of "creating meaning," "making ethical judgments," and "creating emotional value," which AI cannot achieve.
This is the most advanced intellectual training ground for learning how to use knowledge correctly in the post-AI era.

This is an offshore Professional Programme from UITM.
Delivered under a framework of international compatibility aligned with the Bologna Process within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), students can complete MBA/DBA equivalent programmes based on European standards while studying in Japan.

SGX Professional Program
In line with the evolutionary stage of your career,
There are two paths available.
1. Master of Business Administration MBA (Information Technology Management) | 1 year
Goal: To gain the perspective and implementation skills to understand the structure of the world and take action on one's own initiative. Duration: 12 months of intensive practical learning.
We will quickly integrate solid knowledge and practical skills in IT strategy, global management, and change management, and develop leaders who can lead their companies' transformation in this rapidly changing world.
2. Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) | 2 years
Goal: To paint a picture of the future based on one's own questions and change the world. Duration: A 24-month intensive process of integrating research and practice.
We transform complex business management issues into academic research themes. Through research papers and oral examinations, we cultivate leaders with solid knowledge and ethical standards who will pioneer new frontiers in their fields of expertise.

Optimized Learning System
We have designed an environment where busy business leaders can think deeply and focus on self-transformation without wasting time. The SGX Professional Program learning system transcends the constraints of time and place and will not stop your evolution.
1. Flexible admissions (rolling admissions)
・MBA Admission Timing: The first batch of students will be admitted in February, March, April, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, and January (rolling admission system with monthly admission).
・DBA Enrollment Timing: The first batch of students can enroll in February, April, June, August, October, and December. (Rolling admissions system, with carefully selected students accepted every two months.)
2. Lecture structure and learning load
・Module Design: Each module for both MBA and DBA programs is conducted intensively over one month (3 sessions selected from the 1st through 4th Saturdays of the month, as specified in the monthly calendar).
・Schedule: Both MBA and DBA programs consist of 3 lessons of 4 hours each. Lecture times are scheduled either from 10:00 to 15:00 (with a 1-hour break) or from 13:00 to 18:00 (with a 1-hour break).).
・ Format: Classes are conducted in a face-to-face format, utilizing a hybrid approach that combines online sessions with in-person meetings (held at a conference room in Shibuya).
3. Estimated learning load
- MBA: 100 hours of study per module (including classes, tutoring, seminars and self-study time).
DBA: 160 hours of study per module (including classes, mentoring, seminars and self-study time).
In order to achieve this international standard of study load, students are strongly encouraged to be independent and work hard at self-study.
4. Language Strategy and Product Standards
・Language of instruction: Both MBA and DBA courses are conducted in Japanese, which deepens understanding of core concepts and enhances the depth of discussion.
・Assignment: All eight MBA modules and two DBA modules require the submission and review of an assignment written in English.
・Final thesis: The DBA thesis is written in English, and the final oral examination is conducted in Japanese.

The SGX Professional Program is a European-standard "Professional Programme" offered by Shibuya Web3 University Co., Ltd. under license from UITM.
Although it is not a degree based on Japanese law, it is guaranteed by the highest European standards and has unwavering value that is accepted in the global business world.
Institutional status: European-standard Professional Programme
This program is part of the "Professional Programme" run by UITM's Lifelong Learning Centre. Based on the European Higher Education Area (EHEA)'s "Bologna Process", it is internationally recognised as a European MBA/DBA programme and serves as a qualification recognised in the global business world.

The SGX Professional Program is aimed at selected leaders with advanced work experience and a strong desire to make a difference.
Guidelines for application eligibility
・MBA: Must have a university degree or higher, with at least three years of work experience, especially experience related to organizational change and management. ・DBA: Essentially a master's degree holder, or if a university degree or higher, at least 10 years of work experience (strict screening will be conducted taking into consideration the applicant's resume).
